Epoxy Floor Coat roll coating, specially developed for your garage floor or workshop floor.
The roll coating is a 2K system based on epoxy resin.
It forms a durable synthetic resin floor.
This is particularly suitable for heavily used areas in workshops, garages, storage rooms or as a basis for industrial space use.
Epoxy resin floors are water-resistant, largely chemical-resistant, stain-resistant, break-proof and impact-resistant. In short: floors with epoxy resin are almost indestructible.
Epoxy Floor Coat can be applied to virtually any properly prepared surface with excellent results, ideal for garages, hobby rooms, workshops, etc.
An epoxy resin floor coating is an ideal insulation that protects against material deterioration and moisture.
It can seal screed, cover concrete paint, and pave the way for a floor coating in living areas.
The floor coating can be applied to concrete, screed and wood.
Use our Epoxy Floor Coat primer as a pre-coat. It is the optimal bonding bridge for all mineral floors.

Use about 3% pigment paste (150 grams of pigment paste for 5kg of epoxy resin).
Consumption 5 kg = approx. 25m² (3.75 kg resin + 1.25 kg hardener)

Technical data:
- usable from approx. 10°C
- walkable after about 8-10 hours, depending on the temperature
- can be painted over after approx. 10-14 hours
- mechanically resilient after approx. 5-7 days, at 20°C
- complete (chemical) curing after approx. 5-7 days
- Mixing ratio: 3:1, resin to hardener
- Processing time with short-pile paint roller at 20°C approx. 20 minutes
- Consumption approx. 200-300g/m² per coat, depending on pore depth and roller thickness

The consumption information refers to an optimally prepared soil.
Holes, cracks or damage in the floor lead to higher consumption.
